That the Parliament congratulates the Greyhope Bay Project on its work in creating a community and educational centre at the Torry Battery in Aberdeen, where visitors will be able to view the spectacular population of bottlenose dolphins that make the bay their home; celebrates the ground being broken this week as the first digger begins its work on the site; recognises what it sees as the positive impact this project will have on the local area and its effect on bringing visitors to Torry; understands that it will have a positive impact on tourism and community education; commends the work of Dr Fiona Macintyre in making this project a reality, and wishes the project every success for the future.
