As an amendment to motion S6M-15613 in the name of Jackie Baillie (Addressing the Crisis in Social Care Now), insert at end "; notes the impact of the rise in employer national insurance contributions on organisations providing health and social care; recognises that more than 97% of organisations surveyed by Scottish Care said that these changes would make their organisation less sustainable, and urges the UK Government to fully compensate the social care sector, including hospices."
