That the Parliament sends its congratulations to Flora McNab on becoming a three-time world champion at the World Solo Tenor Drumming Championship in Glasgow; understands that the 16-year-old from Methven came first in the 16-and-under category for the third year in a row; notes that the rising star began her journey with the Vale of Atholl Pipe Band and currently plays with the Boghall and Bathgate Caledonia Pipe Band, which quickly recognised her incredible talent, and sends its best wishes to Flora McNab for future competitions.
