That the Parliament notes that the National Lottery Community Fund has recently awarded almost £63,000 of financial support for groups in Eastwood; recognises that the charity East Renfrewshire Good Causes has received £20,000 to provide boxes of household goods to families who find themselves in a difficult situation, and Jewish Care Scotland has been awarded a grant of £19,850 for a two-year wellbeing project to support socially isolated older people; further recognises that the Community Fund has delivered a total of £13,200 to Mearnskirk Helping Hands so that the charitable organisation can retain the post of project support worker and increase the working hours attached to the position; acknowledges that Back to SchoolBank East Renfrewshire has also been awarded £9,631 in financial support, and that the funding will be used to provide school uniforms for children in need; believes that the National Lottery Community Fund continues to play a pivotal role in distributing essential financial aid to good causes, and welcomes the recent funding awards for groups in Eastwood.
