Troon Rainbows Volunteer Recognised with Long Service Award

That the Parliament congratulates Wendy McKenna of the 1st Troon Rainbows, who has been given a special silver badge to mark 20 years of service to the organisation; understands that Wendy, who started volunteering with the Troon unit when her own daughter joined, received the award from County Commissioner Elin Marsh; recognises Wendy's passion for volunteering and commends her for her diligent and committed service; notes Wendy's advice to anyone thinking of volunteering, which is that it is a highly rewarding experience, and hopes to see the 1st Troon Rainbows continue to flourish.
