Provost Jim Todd to Stand Down after 12 Years of Service

That the Parliament notes that Provost Jim Todd of East Ayrshire Council is to stand down from his position due to personal circumstances after serving in the role since 2012; thanks Jim for his commitment to his civic role and understands he is admired from people across the political spectrum; recognises that he has connected with his constituents and community groups and has been widely known as the “Rock n Roll Provost”, and wishes Jim the very best for the future.
