Kishorn Port Ltd Wins Award for Outstanding Supporter of Coastal Communities

That the Parliament congratulates Kishorn Port Ltd on winning the Crown Estate Scotland Award for Outstanding Supporter of Coastal Communities at the Prosper Highlands and Islands Business Excellence Awards 2024, which were held in Inverness; understands that the award recognises a business that has played a positive role in supporting Highland coastal communities to thrive through employment and economic opportunities, delivering regeneration and sustainable development; further understands that Kishorn Port Ltd, which is a joint venture between Ferguson Freight Holdings Ltd and Leiths (Scotland) Ltd, has played an active role in regenerating the area, contributing to revitalisation and repopulation of a coastal Highland community; commends the work of fellow nominees; recognises the commitment of Prosper to supporting business and prosperity in the Highlands and Islands, and celebrates all the finalists and businesses for their positive impact and contribution to communities and the economy of the Highlands and Islands.
