The Way Forward 2045 Nominated for Just Transition Award

That the Parliament congratulates The Way Forward 2045 on being nominated as a finalist in the 2024 VIBES Scottish Environment Business Awards in the category of Just Transition Scotland; understands that the awards celebrate and showcase the best practice for businesses that reduce their impact on the environment; applauds The Way Forward 2045, which is based in Cumnock, for being a sustainable shop with a focus on local suppliers; notes that the shop was started to counterbalance the high CO2 emissions of the food industry, and wishes The Way Forward 2045 the best of luck for the award ceremony on 12 November 2024.
