Congratulations to Aileen Wilson on Winning the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Regional Award

That the Parliament congratulates Aileen Wilson, residential care team leader for Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership (IHSCP), on being recognised as the overall regional winner at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Celebrating Success Awards; notes that Aileen manages three children's houses locally, and was praised by judges for her values rooted in compassion and the rights of children, as well as for fostering a culture of trust in which children’s voices are listened to and their views are taken seriously; acknowledges what it sees as the significant contribution that Aileen and her team make to the care and wellbeing of local children; notes the success of the awards event, held in Glasgow, where over £2,800 was raised for Maggie's cancer support charity, and wishes Aileen and the entire IHSCP continued success in what it sees as their vital work supporting the community.
