As an amendment to motion S6M-14820 in the name of John Swinney (Challenge Poverty Week), insert at end ", but regrets that this Scottish National Party administration has made a range of commitments that it cannot keep, thereby failing to deliver policies that were supposed to alleviate poverty and letting people down."
