That the Parliament congratulates 17-year-old Vale of Leven Academy pupil, Morgan Turnbull on securing a prestigious British Army scholarship, one of only two granted to students from Scotland; notes that training will take place at the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst; understands that Morgan was supported throughout the initial preparations by PE teacher, Mr McPartlane, who has encouraged and supported the student throughout the process, and wishes her every success in her future military career.
