That the Parliament welcomes the publication of the National Leadership Network (NLN) 2024-2026 Funding Strategy, Flexibility, Innovation, and Collaboration; understands that the NLN funds, signposts, supports and develops opportunities and experiences in the care experience community; commends the NLN Steering Group, who it believes have all had lived experience of care, on their work in developing this strategy; notes that the strategy will invest £360,000 into the care community over the next two years, with £270,000 to be provided for up to 12 projects focused on personal and professional development and £90,000 for grants to individuals; recognises that the first funding round of the strategy is now open, with expressions of interest being sought for two projects to receive funding of up to £50,000 for two years, and calls on interested organisations across the country, including in the South of Scotland, to apply for this funding.
