That the Parliament congratulates Kirsty Rafferty, its "barista-in-chief", on being presented with the UK-wide Excellence in Customer Service Award in the Government Sector by Sodexo; understands that Kirsty has worked in the coffee bar since the Holyrood building opened in 2004; notes that, in 2015, she won Sodexo's national barista competition; acknowledges that Kirsty delivers exceptional service with a smile all year round; recognises that Kirsty will now go on to compete for the regional top spot in the annual Spirit of Sodexo Awards ceremony, and thanks Kirsty for her hard work and outstanding customer service.
