That the Parliament congratulates Dollar Horticultural and Garden Club, with Dollar in Bloom, on winning the best Small Town Award and the Community Horticulture Award at the Beautiful Scotland Awards 2024; understands that this is awarded to the group that demonstrates particularly good practice in community horticulture; further understands that the group has planted flowers along the main street, increasing the natural beauty of the town centre; understands that the judges also commended the vegetable gardens at the school, and notes that that the Beautiful Scotland Awards are organised by Keep Scotland Beautiful to recognise and celebrate groups across Scotland for all that they do to enhance and protect their local areas.
