That the Parliament congratulates Sabrina Wittmann on being appointed head coach of German 3. Liga football team, FC Ingolstadt 04; notes that the city of Ingolstadt and town of Kirkcaldy have a long-standing and active twin town arrangement, which dates back to 1962; understands that Sabina Wittmann is the first woman to be appointed as a head coach to any team in Germany’s top three football leagues, and applauds FC Ingolstadt 04 for what it sees as its pioneering appointment.
