That the Parliament commends Deepsea Day for what it sees as its outstanding fundraising across Motherwell and Wishaw for local groups and charities; understands that Deepsea Day has donated £1,000 to Motherwell Food Bank Maranatha, which helps people in the community who are currently struggling during the cost of living crisis; further understands that Deepsea Day was set up in memory of Chris Divers, a former coach for Motherwell, Hearts and Caledonian Braves under-20s, who sadly died in 2021, and thanks all those involved at Deepsea Day for their continued fundraising events, and Motherwell Food Bank Maranatha volunteers for their commitment to assisting the community during what it considers to be these challenges times.
