Paisley Pie Company Announces Expansion

That the Parliament congratulates the Paisley Pie Company on its successful first year and announcement of plans to expand its operations; notes that the Paisley Pie Company, located on Bridge Street, has built a strong reputation for its wide variety of pies, including innovative options like Mini Chicken Tikka pies and Big Mac pies, alongside classic steak and sausage pies topped with buttery mash; understands that the new premises will be located on the corner of Causeyside Street and Forbes Place, and will undergo a full refurbishment with a view to opening in summer 2024; welcomes the addition of new services and experiences for customers; acknowledges the commitment of the owner, Scott McGinlay, and his team to the local community, and looks forward to the continued success and growth of what it considers to be this beloved local business.
