Tullibody School Crowned Scobbie Cup Champions

That the Parliament congratulates St Bernadette’s RC Primary School in Tullibody on winning the annual Scobbie Cup on 24 May 2024; understands that the cup is a long-running tradition for Tullibody primary schools, featuring teams from St Serf’s, Abercromby, Banchory and St Bernadette’s; notes that the competition was started more than 30 years by the former councillor, Alexander Scobbie; further notes that the competition is now mainly managed by his family, in particular his granddaughter, Michelle Scobbie, who oversaw this tournament, and wishes all the teams and the organisers best wishes with their future endeavours.
