To ask the Scottish Government what the dimensions of the bedrooms are on board the MS Victoria, how long it anticipates that Ukrainian refugees will be housed onboard the ship, and whether it has undertaken any checks to ascertain whether the (a) rooms and (b) ship as a whole are "habitable", following the definition as set out in the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights' General Comment No. 4: The Right to Adequate Housing (Art. 11 (1) of the Covenant) from 1991.
