To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the recommendation in the Scottish Police Federation's 2019 Deep Dive Interim Report, whether the Scottish Police Authority ever referred itself to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service to cause an investigation into whether it breached the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide an update on what action the (a) Scottish Police Authority and (b) Chief Constable took in light of the recommendation in the Scottish Police Federation’s 2019 Deep Dive Interim Report that "custody operations cease immediately at Oban and an alternative custody suite utilised".

To ask the Scottish Government how much Barnett consequential funding it expects to receive as a result of the announcement by the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport to expand Arts Council England’s Supporting Grassroots Music Fund by £5 million over the next two years, and what its response is to calls to similarly ring-fence any such funding for grassroots music venues in Scotland.
