To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5W-31778 by Paul Wheelhouse on 25 September 2020, whether it will clarify the term "majority"; whether it expects that 49% of the contract build in the Central and South lots will not be completed by the end of 2023; whether it will provide further details of how much of the Central and South lots contract it expects to be completed by the end of 2023, and when it expects the agreed contract for the North lot to be in place.
