To ask the Scottish Government what its response is to reports that an increase in mackerel stock in the North Atlantic is the most serious risk to wild salmon, including the comment by a former scientist at Institute of Marine Research in Bergen that "super shoals" are impacting on young and juvenile salmon migrating from Scottish rivers.
