To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with local authorities regarding the impact of the so-called bedroom tax on discretionary housing payments (DHP), and what information it has on how many DHP (a) applications have been made and (b) awards have been granted by each local authority since April 2013, broken down by tenants in (i) council house, (ii) registered social landlord and (iii) privately-rented accommodation.
