To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to strengthen (a) diplomatic, (b) cultural and (c) trade relations between Scotland and Colombia; what analysis it has carried out of how the current political situation in that country might impact on this and, in light of the comment in its international development policy that “We place great importance on Scotland being a good global citizen.
