To ask the Scottish Government whether it considers that (a) the integration of health and social care is crucial to the financial sustainability of the NHS and (b) the general practice share of NHS spend should be restored to ensure that general practice has the resources to deliver critical services in partnership with social care, communities and the voluntary sector.
