To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5T-02539 by Jeane Freeman on 24 November 2020 (Official Report, c.3), in light of the cabinet secretary's comment that "COVID-19-positive patients are not routinely being discharged to care homes", whether it will confirm how many such patients have been discharged to care homes in each month since February 2020, also broken down by how many (a) of them or their families were subject to full clinical consultation and (b) full risk assessments were carried out prior to discharge.
