To ask the Scottish Government whether it will (a) publish a record of all phone calls, (b) release all (i) written and (ii) electronic correspondence and (c) publish details of all meetings, including all formal and informal minutes and notes, between ministers and rail operators regarding the proposed merger of the British Transport Police in Scotland into Police Scotland.

The Scottish Government is in regular contact with a range of stakeholders regarding the integration of the British Transport Police in Scotland into Police Scotland. Details of Ministerial meetings and correspondence have previously been released under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act and are available on the Scottish Government website at:

The Scottish Government has also published responses to a 2016 consultation on this subject, which include those from a wide range of relevant stakeholders. There are no plans to publish minutes or notes of relevant Ministerial meetings.

To ask the Scottish Government what its response is to claims that return patients who require regular treatment are not counted in chronic pain waiting times, and what action it is taking to address the reported excessive delays that some face before receiving treatment.
