Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

  • Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5W-14295 by Kevin Stewart on 8 February 2018, when the monitoring and evaluation of the pilot scheme for the equity loan scheme will be published; whether current data is available and, if so, where, and, on the assumption that the answer is referring to the Home Energy Efficiency Programmes (HEEPS) equity loan pilot, which stipulates that 55% of the loan must be for energy efficiency improvements, what considerations have been given to pilot or provide lending that covers essential maintenance repairs that do not include an energy efficiency element.
