To ask the Scottish Government how many personal licences in relation to authorising, managing or supervising the sale of alcohol it expects to be renewed in 2019.

To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on whether the appropriate training for licence holders in relation to authorising, managing or supervising the sale of alcohol is the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (Refresher) course, with the exam based on course content taught on the day.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it has any plans to delay until after 1 September 2019, the introduction of new licensing regulations that would compel licensing boards to consider previously spent offences when assessing whether an applicant for a personal licence to authorise, manage or supervise the sale of alcohol is "fit and proper" to do so.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it has any plans to make amendments to licensing legislation to ensure that personal licences for those who authorise, manage or supervise the sale of alcohol continue after 1 September 2019, where applications have been made on time but have not yet been processed.
