The information requested is not held centrally and should be requested directly from NHS boards. The review of audiology services commissioned last year, and due to report in the autumn, will collect data on the number of patients being referred for treatment for tinnitus and the services currently available. The review will make recommendations on how NHSScotland should address any shortfalls identified.
