To ask the Scottish Executive what estimated level of haddock discards was expected in the North Sea and built into the quota negotiations for 2001, whether this figure took into account the seasonal closure of fishing grounds under the cod recovery plan and whether there are any plans to revise the predicted level of haddock discards.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many specialist multiple sclerosis (MS) nurses there were in each of the last three years; what the ratio of nurses to sufferers was in each year, broken down by health board and, further to the answer to question S1W-12859 by Susan Deacon on 9 February 2001, when the estimated number of MS sufferers for 2000 will be available.
