Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

  • Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)
  • Other questions such as Topical, Portfolio, General and First Minister's Question Times are taken in the Chamber

To ask the Scottish Government what the estimated cost of the refurbishment of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) control room in Dundee was (a) at the time the decision was made to move to three control rooms in January 2014 and (b) at the time the refurbishment of the Dundee control room was approved by the SFRS in August 2015.
