To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the Town Centre Regeneration Fund will be available in (a) 2009-10 and (b) 2010-11.
Answer
£60 million will be available in 2009-10. We have no current plans for provision in 2010-11.

Following the opening of HMP Grampian, the site of HMP Aberdeen will be disposed of in accordance with Scottish Government guidelines.
