To ask the Scottish Executive how many times the procedure for recall of a direct measure mentioned by the Solicitor General in evidence to the Justice Committee on 26 January 2010 (Official Report c. 2661) has been used by Scottish courts since the coming into force of the Criminal Proceedings etc (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007.
