To ask the Scottish Executive which minister is responsible for the monitoring of the Skipton Fund.
Answer
Payments to Scottish claimants will be made from the Scottish Consolidated Fund and Scottish ministers are accountable to the Scottish Parliament for all payments made from that fund.
