Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

  • Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)
  • Other questions such as Topical, Portfolio, General and First Minister's Question Times are taken in the Chamber

To ask the Scottish Government, in light of restrictions in the level zero tier of the COVID-19 Strategic Framework, what discussions it has had with its scientific advisers about when and if there can be a return to unrestricted living conditions on a (a) national and (b) regional basis, and what conditions will have to be met to achieve this, including if the COVID-19 virus is deemed endemic, and how regularly these discussions take place.
