To ask the Scottish Government what assessment it has made of Network Rail’s proposal to change roster arrangements for overhead line maintenance and repair staff based at the Portobello depot in Edinburgh from three shifts to two, and whether these changes will result in periods of the day when there will be reduced cover for responding to overhead line incidents.
