To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to improve the retention of social workers in Scotland, in light of the findings of the report Setting the Bar for Social Work in Scotland that one in four social workers leave the profession within six years of qualifying.

To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to improve the recruitment of social workers in Scotland, in light of the findings of the report Setting the Bar for Social Work in Scotland that the number of graduates from social work courses fell for five years in succession between 2013 and 2018 as a result of two undergraduate courses closing rather than a shortage of applicants.

To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to improve the recruitment and retention of business support staff across all social work team types, in light of the findings of the report Setting the Bar for Social Work in Scotland that there has been an average loss of 32.9% of staff in this role between 2019 and 2020.
