We begin with consideration of consent notifications for two United Kingdom statutory instruments: the Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports) Enforcement Regulations 2024 and the Ivory Act (Extension of the Meaning of “Ivory”) (Transitional Provision and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024.
