We know that junk food promotions can encourage overconsumption and impulse buying. Can the minister provide an update on work that is under way on plans to restrict in-premise marketing of food and non-alcoholic drinks that are high in fat, sugar or salt in order to reduce consumption and related harms?

A new drug, trastuzumab deruxtecan, has been approved for use in Scotland for a type of breast cancer called HER2-low. The treatment slows the spread of the cancer and improves the patient’s chances of survival when compared with chemotherapy, which will come as very welcome news to people living with the disease. There will be an eagerness for treatment to begin as quickly as possible. What steps will the Scottish Government take, in tandem with the Scottish Medicines Consortium and NHS Scotland, to ensure that hospitals have access to that life-saving drug as soon as possible?

During recent engagement with my local ADP service lead, the issue of medication costs was raised. Can the minister provide an assurance that health boards are meeting the costs of medications that potentially save lives, such as Buvidal and naloxone, in the same way that other patient groups have access to life-saving medication?

As well as households, businesses across Scotland are facing substantial pressures as a result of rising costs. Can the Deputy First Minister provide an update on the Scottish Government’s latest engagement with businesses and business groups to ensure that their views and concerns have been considered in the budget? Can she say any more about how the budget will support businesses in Scotland to thrive as we move forward in our economic recovery and transformation?

Discharging a taser is a significant responsibility for officers, so it is vital that they undergo thorough training before they are authorised to carry a taser. [Interruption.]

Therefore, before they are authorised to carry a taser, it is vital that officers undergo thorough training with a focus on de-escalation and an understanding of the incidents in which it might be appropriate to use a taser. Will the cabinet secretary outline the processes that are in place to ensure that that is the case?

We are over time. I will come in, if I may, with a final question for Stuart Munro, and then we will draw the session to a close. The question is about the survey of members that was undertaken by the Law Society. It is my understanding that more than 70 per cent of members who responded believed that the not proven verdict should be retained. Will you expand a little on the survey and the results, including the minority view, which obviously consisted of around 30 per cent?
