In response to a question that was put to the previous panel, reference was made to the environmental governance review—that was mentioned earlier, if I picked that up right. Do you have any details on when that review is likely to be concluded? Is that likely to happen next month?

For my next question, I go back to Dr Christman. You mentioned the 1,500 environmental courts across other countries. Do you have any examples of good practice that Scotland could use, and any other comments that you think would be helpful to the committee this morning?
