Jurisdiction, Judgments and Applicable Law (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
Because of the time, we will move on directly to the next item of business, which is consideration of a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using powers under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in relation to a United Kingdom statutory instrument proposal. As the committee’s papers note, the Scottish ministers believe that the changes in the proposed regulations are necessary to ensure the continued effective operation of the law. Members are asked to consider the statutory instrument notification and to consider whether we agree with the Scottish Government’s view that it should consent to the relevant changes being made by the United Kingdom Government.
As no member is indicating that they wish to comment, are members content not to make any comments on the instrument to Parliament?

Are members content to delegate the publication of a short factual report to me, which means to the clerks?
