As we are two minutes ahead of time, I am minded to take a motion without notice to bring forward decision time.

I am delighted to move a motion to bring forward decision time.

I move,

That the Parliament agrees under rule 11.2.4 of Standing Orders that Decision Time on Wednesday 1 October 2003 be taken at 4.58 pm.
