Under agenda item 2, I seek the agreement of the committee on the choice of convener. Only members of the Scottish National Party are eligible to be chosen as convener of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I invite nominations for the position of convener.
I nominate Jim Eadie.
Jim Eadie was chosen as convener.
I hand over the chair to Jim Eadie.
I am delighted to take on the position of the convener of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee and I look forward to working with our excellent clerking team and members across the committee to take forward our work programme.
