Welcome to the third meeting of the Scottish Commission for Public Audit in 2012. I remind everybody to turn off their mobile phones and any other electronic devices. We have received apologies from Alex Johnstone.
The first item of business is to ask the commission to consider taking item 2, on the corporate governance of Audit Scotland, in private. Are we happy to do that?
