Good morning, and welcome to the 21st meeting in 2024 of the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee. I welcome Emma Roddick to her first meeting of the committee. Emma joins us remotely today.

The first item on our agenda is an invitation to Emma Roddick to declare any relevant interests.
I wish to declare that I was a Highland councillor until 5 May 2022. I no longer receive remuneration for that role.
