Good morning, and welcome to the 23rd meeting in 2022 of the Education, Children and Young People Committee. I welcome back to the committee Stephen Kerr, who is replacing Oliver Mundell. On behalf of the committee, I thank Oliver Mundell for his contribution to the work of the committee this session.
