The Committee agreed to take items 3 and 4 in private.
2. Scottish Information Commissioner Evidence Session:
The Committee took evidence from—
Daren Fitzhenry, Scottish Information Commissioner;
Margaret Keyse, Head of Enforcement and Claire Stephen, Acting Head of Policy and Information, Information Commissioner's Office .
3. Evidence Session:
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
4. Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016:
The Committee considered the evaluation of the Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 and agreed that the Scottish Parliament Information Centre should undertake part of an evaluation study.
