1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private.
2. Committee Substitutes:
The Committee considered correspondence from the Chair of the Conveners Group. The Committee agreed to write to the Parliamentary Bureau.
3. Future parliamentary procedures and practices (In Private):
The Committee agreed its next steps in relation to the inquiry.
4. Code of Conduct Rule Changes (In Private):
The Committee considered draft Code of Conduct Rule changes. The Committee agreed to consult all MSPs, and the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, on the proposed Rule changes.
5. Correspondence (In Private):
The Committee agreed draft correspondence.
