1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 5 and 6 in private.
2. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill :
The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, David Maclennan, Solicitor and Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, Scottish Government.
3. Cross-Party Group:
The Committee considered an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Wood Panel Industry, and take evidence from—
Fergus Ewing, Convener of the proposed CPG on Wood Panel Industry, Scottish Parliament.
4. Cross-Party Group - approval:
The Committee agreed to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Wood Panel Industry.
5. Correspondence (In Private):
The Committee considered correspondence it has received.
6. Citizens' Assembly (In Private):
The Committee considered its approach to a report on the Citizens' Assembly.
